Q. If I do not live nearby is it worth my while to visit your store? A. Absolutely, we have customers who have been shopping with us for many years who come as far from Garland, Plano, Lewisville, Flower Mound and Seagoville just to name a few.
Q. What is a Grocery Clearance Center? or a Surplus and Salvage Grocery Store? A. It is like a regular grocery store with different types of grocery and related merchandise arriving weekly. No two shopping days will be alike.
Q. Where does this merchandise come from? A. Our merchandise comes from a variety of sources. We have contracts with several of the largest grocery distribution companies in North Texas. We also purchase surplus,overuns and discontinued items from many of the nations leading food manufacturers.
Q. Are the products first quality? A. Absolutely, there is nothing wrong with our products. We would not have been able to build the type of following we have if we were selling products that were anything but first quality. In addition to that, we gaurantee everything we sell.
Q. What if I purchase an item that is not fresh or wholesome? A. Have no worries ... everything we sell is gauranteed ... we will gladly exchange any item that you are not completely satisfied with. Please return the item and having your receipt will help as we lower prices with promotions to make space for new arrivals. Without a receipt we will gladly exchange for the current price.
Q. What kind of products can I expect to find at the Grocery Clearance Center? A. We have dry goods, canned goods, organic foods, frozen foods, refrigerated foods, drinks, health and beauty aids, general merchandise and just about anything that we can buy and offer to our customers cheaper than they are getting it anywhere else.
Q. How often does new mercandise arrive? A. We receive new merchandise almost every day. New merchandise is going into the store each and every day.
Q. How long have you been in business? A. We opened our fist store in May 1993 ... Happy 15th Anniversary Grocery Clearance!
Q. What forms of payment do you take? A. Like I always tell my customers ... anything I can get my hands on! But seriously, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, EBT Cards, Checks(with valid ID) and of course cash.
